Passivation

Passivation is a process that removes small iron particles that have been embedded in stainless steel material.
At Liberty Inspection we have the capabilities to passivate all of the stainless steels that are used in the aerospace and commercial industries. Many of our customers like to have their stainless steels passivated as a pre-cleaning operation before their parts are put into operation.
