Penetrant inspection

Liquid penetrant inspection is a non-destructive testing method of detecting flaws open to the surface. Liberty Inspection Inc. is equipped to perform both visible and fluorescent dye penetrant inspection. Our penetrant department maintains two separate water washable fluorescent penetrant lines with all sensitivities and methods. There is a complete penetrant line with Lipophilic and Hydrophilic emulsifiers. All penetrant material used at Liberty Inspection is tested to the latest requirements.
